Hi there friends and fellow cozy home seekers!! I'm so glad you're here! I'd like to take a minute to introduce myself! My name is Denise Greenwood and I'm from Edmond, Oklahoma. I'm a born and bred Okie and a die hard OSU Cowboy fan and alum. I'm married to my best friend and we have four grown kids, one of whom is married to my favorite daughter-n-law. :) Here's a pic of our family in my happy place.

We are halfway through our second year of empty-nesting, and honestly, we are loving it. Yes, I miss my kids, but I am also really loving re-discovering myself and my husband!

So why a home decor and gift shop?? To be honest, I've always had this dream! Being a mom was the greatest calling and the greatest blessing that I ever received and I have loved every minute of it! But, about a year ago I started entertaining the idea of doing something else. I have THE most supportive and encouraging spouse who said yes do it!

I have a home decor, DIY and craft blog called frazzledJOY. Where I blogged about making our house a home with DIY projects and budget friendly decor. I love helping others feel confident about their design and decor choices, and I love helping others create a home they love! This shop honestly is just an extension of all of that!

I started small and with home made goods, in a small booth inside Serendipity Market in Edmond. Then, a few months later with more nudging and encouragement, we decided to take the next step and make this business legit. We made everything legal and moved to a bigger space inside Serendipity. It's been lots of fun! So much so that we expanded to an evening bigger space!

My daughter and I made our first trip to Dallas Market and I found lots cozy home decor and the best gifts for all the occasions! I am still making hand made goods to sell, but I am gradually adding curated collections of home decor and gifts. I buy what I love to share with you! If I wouldn't put it in my own home, I won't buy it!

I know not everyone who reads this is local to Edmond so I wanted to also have an online space where you get shop these collections. And, this is that space! We are so close to launching our first collection! Just in time for spring decorating!

If you live in the OKC metro area I would love for you to come visit our shop in person at Serendipity Market. If not, then I would encourage you to get on our email list. I promise I won't spam you! But, you will be the first to be notified when a new collection drops online!

Such a fun crafty Saturday! This would even be fun to do with the kids! Grab a tea towel (found mine at Walmart - AKA flour sack), pick some leaves off your trees (or your neighbors trees haha), and choose your favorite fall paint colors! I chose three pretty metallic paints. Use a foam brush to paint the under side of your leaf, lay it paint side down on the towel and press firmly. I used a paper towel over the leaf to keep my messy hands off the towel…highly recommend. And repeat as many times as you like! I love the finished product!
